    Sa program na ito, may points ka sa bawat reload at habang tumatagal ang gamit mo ng Globe/Tattoo - mas madaming points!
    Magagamit ang points na ito para mag-redeem ng Globe products at iba pang exciting items sa aming rewards catalogue.
    Maliban sa points na magagamit mo para mag-redeem ng rewards, may mga discounts at freebies para sa iyo from our partner stores. No reload/points needed.

    Pwedeng mag-redeem at mag-share ng points kapag nasa Pilipinas.

  3. Is it possible for me to set a password to secure my points?
    Yes. Pwede kang mag-nominate ng personal identification number (PIN) para ma-secure ang iyong MY REWARDS.MY GLOBE. points.

    Para ma-activate ang PIN, text PIN ON to 4438.
    You will be asked to key in your desired PIN by texting: PIN4-digit PINMIDDLE NAME to 4438.
  4. If I replace my SIM, will the points I have earned be retained?
    Kapag na-retain ninyo ang inyong number, automatic na matransfer ang points sa bagong SIM. Kapag nagpalit ng SIM at number ang points ay forfeited.

    Walang minimum/maximum amount bawat transfer. Pwedeng mag-transfer ng points up to 5x per day. Php 1/transaction.
  4. How come I could not transfer points to another mobile number?
    Maaaring naabot mo na ang maximum number of transactions allowed for the day. Pwede kang muling mag-transfer ng points bukas.
  5. When will my points expire?
    Ang points ay mag-eexpire pagkalipas ng dalawang (2) taon. Makakatanggap ka ng text announcement 1 month before expiry.

  3. Can I combine the points of my entire family to redeem a reward? How do I do that?
    Yes. Pwedeng mag-combine ng points. I-transfer lang ang lahat ng points sa isang Globe/Tattoo mobile number.

    Mag-reload lang at makakakuha ka ng mas madaming points.
  6. Can I request for my reward to be delivered to my office?
    Yes. Pwede ideliver ang lahat ng non-Globe products and services like gadgets and certificates sa address na gusto niyo. Ilagay lang ang iyong preferred delivery address kapag nag-register via text.
  7. Can I ask someone to receive my reward for me when it is delivered?
    Yes. Ang iyong authorized representative ay pwedeng tumanggap ng iyong reward. Ihanda lamang ang:

    • Authorization letter with your signature
    • Your valid ID (Driver's license, SSS ID, Company ID, Passport)
    • Authorized person's valid ID (Driver's license, SSS ID, Company ID, Passport)
  8. Can I cancel my redemption request?
    Hindi pwedeng i-cancel ang mga redemption requests. Patuloy lang mag-load para makakuha ng mas madaming points.
  9. The reward I received has a defect and I want to have it fixed. What will I do?
    Maaari mong tawagan ang manufacturer ng item para matugunan ang inyong pangangailangan.
  10. Can I convert my points to cash?
    Ang points ay pwedeng gamitin para makakuha ng mga rewards items. Maari din kayong mag-redeem ng Gift Certificates.
